Internship Description
airBaltic is offering an Aviation Law Internship for law students interested in airline operations, aircraft leasing, and passenger rights regulation. Interns join the legal department and contribute to real aviation legal matters.
Responsibilities
Assist with reviewing aircraft lease and maintenance agreement documentation. Research passenger rights claims and EU Regulation 261/2004 jurisprudence. Help prepare contract summaries for commercial agreements. Support the legal team with regulatory filing and correspondence with the Civil Aviation Agency.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a law degree program at a Latvian or EU university. Interest in aviation, transport, or commercial law. Basic knowledge of EU aviation regulations is a plus. Fluent in Latvian and English.
