Internship Description

Ellex Klavins offers a Banking & Finance Law Internship for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in structured finance, loan documentation, and financial regulatory compliance. Interns work directly with senior lawyers on live client matters.

Responsibilities

Assist with legal research on banking regulations and financial products. Help draft loan agreement summaries and security document checklists. Support due diligence processes for financing transactions. Attend client meetings and internal training sessions on banking law topics.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a law degree program (3rd year or above) at a Latvian or EU university. Strong academic record with interest in banking and finance law. Basic understanding of financial markets and instruments. Fluent in Latvian and English.
