Becario — Asesoría Jurídica Energía (Prácticas 6 meses)

Iberdrola is offering a 6-month Becario programme in its Legal Department at Plaza Euskadi 5 in Bilbao's Abandoibarra waterfront. Graduates completing their Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía will gain hands-on experience in energy law at a global leader in renewable energy, supporting the legal team on regulatory matters, environmental compliance, and renewable project development across Spain and internationally.

What You Will Do

• Research energy regulation: Ley del Sector Eléctrico, CNMC circulars, and EU Clean Energy Package
• Assist with environmental permitting documentation for wind and solar projects under Ley 21/2013
• Support due diligence on renewable energy project acquisitions
• Draft internal memoranda on ESG reporting requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
• Participate in Iberdrola's graduate development and mentoring programme

Eligibility

• Graduado en Derecho from a recognised university; Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía in progress or completed
• Interest in energy law, environmental law, or ESG
• Good English (B2+); Euskera a plus
• Duration: 6 months, full-time, with possibility of extension
