- Research Spanish tax law: Impuesto sobre Sociedades, IVA, IRPF, and Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones
- Assist in the preparation of consultas vinculantes to the Dirección General de Tributos
- Support tax due diligence workstreams for M&A transactions
- Help prepare defences for Actas de Inspección before the Agencia Tributaria
- Attend internal seminars on EU tax directives and OECD BEPS
Eligibility
- Graduado en Derecho or Derecho y ADE from a recognised university
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía or Máster en Fiscalidad
- Interest in tax law; strong analytical skills
- Good English (B2+); Catalan valued
- Duration: 6 months, full-time, extendable
