Internship Description
Mangwana and Partners invites applications for a 12-month article clerkship in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Harare. You will train under senior advocates handling commercial disputes, employment matters and constitutional litigation in the High Court of Zimbabwe.
Duration: 12 months

Eligibility: LLB graduate; passed CLE examination

Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and heads of argument under supervision
- Attend High Court, Labour Court and Magistrate Court proceedings
- Interview clients and take witness statements
- Research case law and prepare legal opinions
Requirements
- LLB from University of Zimbabwe or recognised institution
- Passed CLE Bar examination
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills
