Internship Description

Tsar & Tsai Law Firm offers a Competition & Regulatory Internship for law students interested in antitrust law and regulatory enforcement. Interns will support the competition law team on FTC matters, merger reviews, and compliance advisory projects.

Responsibilities

Research competition law issues and prepare case summaries of FTC decisions; assist with the preparation of merger notification filings; support compliance audit reviews by organizing and analyzing documents; draft memoranda on comparative competition law developments; attend FTC public hearings and industry events.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in law program; interest in competition law and regulatory practice; basic knowledge of antitrust principles and Taiwan Fair Trade Act; analytical skills and attention to detail; bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Compensation
