Internship Description
Cobalt Latvia is offering a Corporate Law Internship for motivated law students seeking practical experience in M&A transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. This is an opportunity to learn from one of Latvia's top-ranked corporate practices.
Responsibilities
Support due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions. Assist with drafting corporate resolutions and shareholder agreements. Conduct comparative legal research on Baltic corporate law topics. Participate in deal team meetings and observe transaction negotiations.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a law degree program at a Latvian or EU university. Interest in corporate and commercial law. Good research and writing skills. Fluent in Latvian and English.
