Key Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence reviews for M&A transactions
• Draft corporate resolutions, board minutes, and ancillary transaction documents
• Conduct legal research on Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets Law
• Attend client meetings, closing sessions, and negotiation calls with supervision
• Support the team on Competition Board merger notification filings
• Participate in the firm's staj training program including legal writing workshops and practice area seminars

• LLB from a top Turkish law faculty (Istanbul University, Galatasaray, Ankara, Bilkent, Koc, Bilgi, or equivalent)
• Passed the Bar examination; registered for staj with the Istanbul Bar Association
• Strong academic record (top 20% of class preferred)
• Fluent Turkish and strong English (LLM plans or study abroad experience is a plus)
• Genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
• Available for a minimum 6-month staj rotation
