Internship Description
NJORD Latvia is offering an Employment Law Internship for law students who want practical experience in labour law advisory, workplace dispute resolution, and HR legal compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist lawyers with drafting employment contracts and workplace policies. Research case law on termination disputes and workplace discrimination. Help prepare client advisories on changes to labour legislation. Support the team in responding to queries from the State Labour Inspectorate.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a law degree program. Interest in employment and labour law. Basic understanding of the Latvian Labour Law. Fluent in Latvian and English.
