Intern — Commercial Law (Lagos)

Strachan Partners invites applications from law students for internship positions in the Commercial Law practice. Interns will gain practical exposure to corporate transactions, contract drafting, regulatory advisory and commercial dispute resolution at a leading Lagos-based firm.

• Assisting with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Conducting legal research on commercial law topics
• Attending internal training sessions and seminars
• Helping organise and index transaction files
• Preparing research summaries on regulatory developments

• Currently enrolled in LL.B programme (penultimate or final year) at a recognised Nigerian university
• Strong academic record
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Interest in commercial and corporate law
