Programme Details

  • Duration: 3 months (flexible start dates in 2026)
  • Compensation: AED 3,500/month stipend

What You Will Do

  • Assist counsel with arbitration proceedings under DIAC, ICC, and LCIA-DIFC rules
  • Draft legal research memoranda on arbitration law topics, including UAE Federal Law No. 6/2018
  • Prepare chronologies, case summaries, and document indices for active arbitration proceedings
  • Attend arbitration hearings and procedural conferences as an observer
  • Research comparative arbitration law from key jurisdictions (England, France, Singapore)

Requirements

  • LLB or LLM student with coursework in international arbitration, dispute resolution, or international law
