Internship — Banking & Finance

Kinstellar Sofia is offering an internship in its Banking & Finance practice for law students interested in financial services law. Interns will gain practical experience in loan documentation, security instruments, and regulatory compliance while working on real client matters. Assisting with preparation and review of loan documentation and security packages; Conducting legal research on banking regulations and BNB requirements; Organizing due diligence materials for financial institution clients; Assisting with regulatory filings and licensing applications; Reviewing and summarizing legislative updates in banking and finance; Attending internal training sessions on structured finance and capital markets; Preparing summaries and briefing notes for supervising lawyers.

Currently enrolled in years III-V of a Law degree at a Bulgarian or European university; Interest in banking, finance, or financial regulation; Basic knowledge of the Obligations and Contracts Act and security law concepts; Academic grade average of minimum 4.50/6.00; Fluent English (written and spoken); Strong organizational and analytical skills; Available for minimum 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
