Internship – Regional Banking Legal Support

Slovenská sporiteľňa offers an internship in its Regional Banking Legal Support team at the Banská Bystrica office. Interns will gain practical experience in consumer banking law, debt recovery procedures, and branch operations legal compliance within Slovakia's largest retail bank.

Banská Bystrica is a historic city in central Slovakia where Slovenská sporiteľňa maintains a significant regional presence. This internship provides hands-on exposure to retail banking legal work, including consumer disputes, mortgage documentation, and AML compliance, with mentoring from experienced regional legal counsel.

Assist regional legal counsel with consumer banking dispute preparation. Support review of loan and mortgage documentation for the central Slovak branch network. Research Slovak consumer credit regulations and NBS guidance. Help with debt recovery case administration and court filing. Attend regional compliance training sessions. Support document management and legal file organization for the Banská Bystrica office.

Currently enrolled at a Slovak law faculty or economics faculty with legal focus. Interest in banking law, consumer protection, or civil law. Basic knowledge of Slovak banking legislation preferred. Slovak and English fluency. Available for 3-6 months.
