Internship Description
A.S & Associates invites applications for its legal internship program. Interns will be placed in the Banking & Corporate department, gaining practical experience in financial transactions, corporate advisory, and regulatory matters under the guidance of experienced partners.
Responsibilities
Assist with banking and corporate transaction documentation. Conduct legal research on Bangladesh banking regulations. Support client presentations and pitch preparation. Help with regulatory filings and corporate secretarial tasks. Attend internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing meetings.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in LLB program (3rd year or above) at a recognized university. Interest in banking, corporate, or financial law. Proficiency in English legal writing. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Available for minimum 3-month internship.
