Internship Description
Sorainen is offering a Legal Internship in our Banking & Finance practice in Tallinn. You will support our team on lending transactions, regulatory matters, and fintech advisory across the Baltic region.
This internship provides exposure to the Krediidiasutuste seadus (Credit Institutions Act), EU banking regulations, and cross-border financing structures. You will gain practical experience at one of the Baltic region's most respected law firms.
Responsibilities
Assist lawyers with legal research on Estonian and EU banking regulation. Review and organize documentation for lending transactions. Draft summaries of regulatory developments and legislative proposals. Support due diligence processes for financing transactions. Prepare presentations and client briefing materials.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in law studies at a recognized Estonian or EU university. Completed at least 5 semesters of legal studies. Interest in banking, finance, or fintech law. Strong analytical and research skills. Fluent in Estonian and English.
