Legal Intern — Corporate Practice at Bowmans Uganda
Bowmans Uganda offers a vacation clerkship and internship program for law students interested in corporate and commercial law. Interns work alongside experienced practitioners on real transactions and gain exposure to Pan-African legal practice through Bowmans' continental network.

Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate due diligence exercises
- Draft basic corporate documents under supervision
- Conduct legal research on Ugandan and East African law
- Attend client meetings and transactions with supervision
- Support document management for ongoing transactions
- Prepare research memoranda and summaries
Requirements
- LLB student (3rd year or above) at a recognized Ugandan university
- Upper Second Class academic performance or above
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Interest in corporate and commercial law
Compensation
USh700,000 - USh1,000,000/month
