Legal Intern - Commercial & Real Estate

WALLESS is offering a legal internship in our Commercial & Real Estate practice in Klaipeda. You will assist lawyers with commercial transactions, real estate due diligence, and property development matters, gaining hands-on experience at one of Lithuania's most innovative law firms.

Klaipeda's booming real estate market and growing commercial sector provide a dynamic learning environment. The internship covers the Civilinis kodeksas, Statybos istatymas, and Nekilnojamojo turto registru istatymas.

Assist with legal due diligence on real estate transactions, including property register searches. Draft basic commercial contracts and lease agreement templates under lawyer supervision. Conduct legal research on Lithuanian real estate and construction law developments. Support the team with Nekilnojamojo turto registras (Real Estate Register) filings. Attend client meetings and property site visits with senior lawyers.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate from a recognized Lithuanian university. Interest in commercial law, real estate, or construction law. Basic knowledge of the Civilinis kodeksas. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
