Internship Description
Kimathi & Partners offers summer internships for law students interested in corporate and commercial law. Work alongside experienced practitioners advising Fortune 500 companies and global multinationals in Ghana.
Responsibilities
Assist with legal research on corporate governance and commercial transactions. Support due diligence processes for M&A deals. Help prepare client advisories and legal memoranda. Attend client meetings and firm training sessions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in LLB programme at a recognized Ghanaian university. Top academic performance. Demonstrated interest in corporate, M&A, or commercial law. Strong research and communication skills.
