Internship Description
Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates offers a 6-month legal internship program for law students and recent graduates interested in corporate and commercial law. Interns gain hands-on experience working alongside senior advocates on high-profile transactions.
Responsibilities
Assist associates in legal research and case preparation. Draft legal memoranda and research notes. Attend client meetings and observe court proceedings. Support due diligence exercises and document review. Participate in firm knowledge management and training sessions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB from a recognized university. Strong academic record. Excellent legal research and writing skills in English. Interest in corporate and commercial law. Ability to commit to full-time internship for 6 months.
