Internship Description
Trust Law Chambers is offering a structured legal internship for law students and recent graduates interested in corporate and commercial law practice in Rwanda. Interns will gain hands-on experience in one of Rwanda's top-tier law firms, working alongside experienced advocates on live transactions.
What You Will Learn
- Corporate due diligence and transaction support
- Legal research and memorandum drafting
- Contract review and document management
- Client meeting preparation and attendance
- Filing and regulatory submissions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in LLB programme or recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Strong academic record
- Good research and writing skills in English
- Knowledge of French or Kinyarwanda is an advantage
- Commitment to a minimum 3-month internship period
