Internship Description
Mandviwalla & Zafar offers a paid legal internship in its Corporate practice in Karachi. Interns gain hands-on experience in corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory filings at one of Pakistan's largest law firms. The internship provides mentorship from senior partners and exposure to high-profile corporate deals.
Responsibilities
Assisting associates with corporate transaction documentation. Conducting legal research on Pakistani company law and SECP regulations. Drafting memoranda and legal summaries. Reviewing commercial contracts and identifying key terms. Attending client meetings and court hearings with supervision.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an LLB programme at a recognised Pakistani university. Strong academic record. Excellent English writing and research skills. Genuine interest in corporate and commercial law.
