Legal Intern - Corporate & Regulatory

Ignitis Group, Lithuania's largest energy company listed on Nasdaq Vilnius, is offering a legal internship in our Legal & Regulatory Affairs department at our Siauliai regional office. You will gain practical experience in corporate governance, energy regulation, and commercial law at a publicly listed company leading Lithuania's energy transition.

The internship provides exposure to the Akciniu bendroviu istatymas, Energetikos istatymas, and Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules, offering a unique perspective on in-house legal practice in the energy sector from Siauliai, Lithuania's fourth-largest city.

Assist the legal team with corporate governance documentation, including board meeting preparation. Support compliance monitoring under Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules and the Akciniu bendroviu istatymas. Conduct legal research on Lithuanian and EU energy regulation developments. Help review and draft commercial contracts and internal policies. Attend internal legal training sessions and energy sector conferences.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate from a recognized Lithuanian university. Interest in energy law, corporate governance, or commercial law. Basic knowledge of Lithuanian company law. Strong organizational and research skills. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
