Legal Intern - Data Protection & Technology

Sorainen Lithuania is offering a legal internship in our Data Protection & Technology practice in Vilnius. You will gain practical experience in one of the most dynamic and in-demand areas of law, working with GDPR, Lithuanian data protection law, and emerging EU digital regulation.

Lithuania's thriving tech ecosystem and EU fintech hub status make this a uniquely stimulating environment to learn data protection and technology law. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on matters involving the Asmens duomenu teisinies apsaugos istatymas and EU digital legislation.

Assist lawyers with GDPR compliance projects, including data mapping and privacy policy reviews. Conduct legal research on the EU AI Act, Data Act, and Digital Services Act. Draft data processing agreement templates and privacy notices under supervision. Support clients in responding to data subject access requests (DSARs). Attend training sessions on data protection law and emerging digital regulation.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate from a recognized university. Interest in data protection, technology law, or digital regulation. Basic understanding of GDPR principles. Strong research and analytical skills. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
