Legal Intern - E-Commerce & Consumer Law

Vinted, Europe's largest online marketplace for second-hand fashion and Lithuania's first unicorn, is offering a legal internship focused on E-Commerce & Consumer Law in Vilnius. You will gain experience advising a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) on EU platform regulation and consumer protection.

This internship provides exposure to the EU Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act, Vartotoju teisiu apsaugos istatymas (Consumer Rights Protection Law), and the unique legal challenges of operating a cross-border online marketplace.

Assist the legal team with analysis of EU Digital Services Act compliance obligations for VLOPs. Research consumer protection requirements across Vinted's European markets. Help update platform terms of service and buyer/seller protection policies. Support the team with regulatory correspondence and compliance documentation. Conduct benchmarking research on e-commerce regulation across EU member states.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate from a recognized university. Interest in e-commerce, consumer protection, or platform regulation. Basic understanding of the EU Digital Services Act or consumer protection law. Strong writing and analytical skills. Fluent in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
