Internship Description
TGS Baltic Estonia is offering a Legal Internship in our EU & Competition Law practice in Tallinn. You will support our lawyers on competition law investigations, merger control analysis, and EU regulatory advisory work.
The internship provides practical experience with the Konkurentsiseadus (Competition Act) and EU competition law, including case research, economic analysis support, and document drafting. You will gain exposure to Konkurentsiamet filings and European Commission cooperation.
Responsibilities
Research Estonian and EU competition law cases and legislation. Assist with preparation of merger notification filings for Konkurentsiamet. Support the analysis of antitrust compliance matters for corporate clients. Draft legal memoranda and case summaries on competition law topics. Help prepare presentations and training materials on EU competition law.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in law studies at a recognized Estonian or EU university. Completed at least 4 semesters of legal studies. Interest in competition law, EU law, or regulatory affairs. Strong analytical and research skills. Fluent in Estonian and English.
