Internship Description

Enel's Corporate Affairs & Governance division at Viale Regina Margherita 137 in Rome offers a paid 6-month internship focused on corporate governance, ESG reporting, and board support for one of the world's largest listed utility companies.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with preparation of board and committee meetings, minutes, and resolutions
  • Research Italian corporate governance code (Codice di Corporate Governance) and CONSOB requirements for listed companies
  • Support ESG disclosure compliance (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Italian D.Lgs. 254/2016)
  • Help prepare materials for Enel's annual shareholders' meeting (Assemblea degli Azionisti)

Programme Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Compensation: Paid — EUR 1,000/month + benefits
  • Start Date: Rolling applications
  • Eligibility: Recent Laurea Magistrale graduates in Law or Economics

Requirements

  • Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza or Economics
  • Interest in corporate governance and sustainability
  • Knowledge of Italian listed company regulations (TUF, CONSOB rules) preferred
  • English B2+
