Internship Description
Islandsbanki invites law students to apply for an internship in its legal department supporting investment banking and capital markets operations. This internship provides valuable experience in securities regulation and financial transactions within one of Iceland's premier banking institutions.
Responsibilities
Research securities regulations and stock exchange listing requirements. Assist with preparing prospectus documentation and regulatory filings. Support due diligence for capital markets transactions. Attend team meetings and client calls as an observer.
Requirements
