Legal Intern — Litigation at Abrahams Davidson & Co
Abrahams Davidson & Co is offering a paid 3-month litigation internship in Bandar Seri Begawan. Interns will gain first-hand experience in commercial dispute resolution, court appearances, and case preparation at one of Brunei's busiest litigation practices. This internship is ideal for law students interested in advocacy and dispute resolution.
What You Will Learn
- Observe court proceedings at the High Court, Intermediate Court, and Magistrate's Court
- Assist lawyers in preparing pleadings, affidavits, and skeleton arguments
- Conduct legal research on case law and statutes for pending litigation matters
- Prepare court bundles and assist with trial preparation
- Attend client meetings and witness interviews
- Learn about Brunei's court structure and procedural rules
Duration: 3 months (paid internship — BND 750/month)

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a law degree programme at UBD, UNISSA, or a recognised overseas university
- Strong interest in litigation and advocacy
- Good legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluent in English; Malay proficiency preferred
Compensation
B$750 - B$750/year
