Meitar Law Offices, Israel's largest and most technology-focused firm, invites applications for its staj program in the Technology & Venture Capital practice. Meitar's staj offers unparalleled exposure to Israel's startup ecosystem, with involvement in venture capital rounds, tech M&A, and NASDAQ listings.
What You Will Do
- Assist on venture capital financing rounds including term sheet analysis and investment document preparation
- Support technology M&A transactions and due diligence processes
- Draft corporate documents including resolutions, option grants (Section 102), and employment agreements
- Research Israeli startup law topics including Israel Innovation Authority regulations and IP transfer restrictions
- Attend client meetings with venture capital funds and technology company founders
- Participate in Meitar's comprehensive training program for staj participants

Requirements
- LLB from Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, Reichman University (IDC), or equivalent
- Strong academic record with emphasis on corporate law and commercial transactions
- Passion for technology, startups, and Israel's Innovation Hub ecosystem
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Eligible for staj registration with the Israel Bar Association
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously
Compensation
₪6,000 - ₪9,000/year
