Legal Internship – Competition and EU Law

PRK Partners Bratislava is offering a legal internship in its Competition and EU Law practice. You will assist advokáti with merger control filings, antitrust compliance reviews, and EU law research from our Bratislava office. The Czech-Slovak corridor creates unique competition law synergies that you will experience firsthand.

This internship provides excellent preparation for a career in competition law, whether in private practice or at the Protimonopolný úrad SR or the European Commission. Interns receive mentorship and are encouraged to participate in firm seminars and client presentations.

Assist with preparation of merger control filings for the Protimonopolný úrad SR. Conduct research on Slovak and EU competition law and CJEU case law. Help prepare antitrust compliance training materials. Support dawn raid preparedness documentation. Draft memoranda on state aid and public procurement issues. Attend competition law seminars and PMÚ public hearings.

Currently enrolled at a Slovak law faculty. Strong interest in EU law and competition law. Knowledge of the Zákon o ochrane hospodárskej súťaže and Articles 101-102 TFEU. Slovak and English fluency. Available for minimum 3 months. Czech language skills advantageous.
