About the Internship
Zepos & Yannopoulos offers a structured legal internship (askisi) program for aspiring dikigori in our Corporate Law department. This is an ideal opportunity for law graduates preparing for the Greek bar exam (dikigoritikes exetaseis) to gain hands-on experience at one of Greece's leading law firms.
Responsibilities
- Assist associates with legal research on Greek corporate law and EU regulatory matters
- Draft memoranda, legal opinions, and correspondence under supervision
- Attend client meetings and participate in due diligence exercises
- Review corporate documents and assist with GEMI filings
- Support the team on M&A transactions and capital markets deals
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized Greek university (ptychiouchi/os nomikis)
- Enrolled or eligible for enrollment in askisi (training period) at Dikigoritikos Syllogos Athinon
- Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate/commercial law
- Good English language skills
- Available for a minimum 12-month training period as required by Greek bar regulations
