Ali Sharif Zu'bi Advocates & Legal Consultants offers a 12-month structured legal traineeship in its Corporate & Commercial practice group. Based in the Shmeisani office, trainees rotate through the firm's main practice areas including corporate M&A, banking, and dispute resolution, gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of senior associates and partners.
What You Will Learn
- Drafting corporate documents under the Jordanian Companies Law
- Legal research on Jordanian commercial legislation and case law
- Attendance at client meetings and court hearings at the Amman courts
- Due diligence on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
- Professional development sessions on advocacy skills and legal writing
Eligibility
- Final-year LLB student or recent LLB graduate from a recognised Jordanian university
- Planning to apply for admission to the Jordan Bar Association
- Strong academic record
- Arabic and English fluency
