Internship Description
Leks&Co Lawyers in Surabaya offers a Magang (internship) for law students interested in property law and civil litigation. Based at the Pakuwon Tower in Surabaya's CBD, this programme provides practical exposure to real estate transactions, construction disputes, and appearances at the Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya.
Programme Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: Paid — IDR 3,000,000-4,000,000 per month

What You Will Learn
- Assist on property transaction documentation and land title searches at BPN Surabaya
- Attend court hearings at Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya with supervising advokats
- Research East Java regional regulations (Perda) and urban planning law
- Draft legal memoranda on property and construction law issues
- Liaise with notaris and PPAT offices on conveyancing matters
Eligibility
- 3rd or 4th year LLB student from UNAIR, Ubaya, Petra, or equivalent East Java university
- Interest in property law, construction law, or civil litigation
- Based in or near Surabaya
- Good organisational skills
