Internship Description
Siemens AG offers a Praktikum (internship) in our Corporate Legal Department in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or Referendare to experience in-house legal work at a global technology leader, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, IP matters, and corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in-house counsel with reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
- Research legal questions related to corporate law, IP, and compliance
- Support contract management and legal database maintenance
- Prepare internal legal training materials and presentations
- Assist with legal aspects of technology partnerships and R&D agreements
- Participate in cross-functional project teams
Requirements
- Enrolled in law studies (minimum 4th semester) or in Referendariat
- Interest in in-house legal work and corporate law
- Basic knowledge of German contract law (BGB) and commercial law (HGB)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Compensation: Competitive monthly stipend
