Internship Description
Gianni & Origoni offers an 18-month paid praticantato in its Litigation & Arbitration practice at Via delle Quattro Fontane 20 in Rome. Working near the Corte di Cassazione and Corte d'Appello di Roma, you will gain exceptional court experience while preparing for the Esame di Stato.
What You Will Do
- Draft atti giudiziari (court pleadings) and legal briefs for Tribunale and appellate proceedings
- Attend hearings at the Tribunale di Roma and Corte d'Appello
- Research case law from the Corte di Cassazione and CJEU
- Assist with international arbitrations (ICC, Milan Chamber of Arbitration)
Programme Details
- Duration: 18 months
- Compensation: Paid — EUR 1,200-1,500/month
- Start Date: Rolling applications year-round
- Eligibility: Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza (recent graduates)
Requirements
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza (110/110 preferred)
- Strong interest in civil litigation and arbitration
- Excellent legal writing in Italian; good English
