Responsibilities
Draft shareholder agreements, term sheets, and investment documentation. Support due diligence on PE/VC transactions. Research regulatory issues in fintech, healthtech, and agritech sectors. Attend client pitch meetings and legal tech demonstrations.
Requirements
LLB with minimum Second Class Honours. Completed KSL ATP. Interest in corporate law, PE/VC, or startup ecosystem. Tech-savviness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
