Internship Description

HANFA offers a Regulatory Affairs Internship for law and economics students interested in financial regulation, capital markets supervision, and EU financial services legislation. Interns gain unique insight into the workings of Croatia's financial supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

Assist with legal research on EU financial services directives. Help prepare draft regulatory guidance and consultation responses. Review licensing applications and supporting documentation. Monitor legislative developments in ESMA and EBA frameworks. Attend regulatory hearings and supervisory meetings as an observer.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Croatian law or economics programme. Interest in financial regulation and capital markets. Good academic record. Proficiency in Croatian and English. Civil service internship eligibility requirements must be met.
