Role Summary:  

We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Legal Specialist to join our team in Prague and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal technology. As part of Filevine’s cutting-edge platform, you’ll work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and legal expertise, ensuring the seamless implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • AI Implementation: Customize and deploy AI-powered solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs and workflows. Connect directly with customers to support the launch and continued use of the product.

  • Product Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert on Filevine’s AI Drafting tools, providing insights, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal usage of the product.

  • Feedback and Iteration: Collect and relay user feedback to the product and engineering teams, contributing to the evolution of Filevine’s AI offerings.

  • Stay Current: Maintain a general understanding of developments in AI and LegalTech to support decisions & enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Mindset: A passion for uncovering patterns in information and an ability to understand users’ needs to ensure clear, effective outcomes. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex AI and technical concepts in simple, practical terms.

  • Legal Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with legal documents, workflows, or processes, especially demand letters.

  • Continuous Learning: Interest in staying up-to-date with advancements in AI, LegalTech, and industry trends to contribute to innovative and competitive solutions.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  •   Preferred Experience:
  • Working with AI or LegalTech tools.

  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation.

  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or machine learning.
