The WA State Attorney General's Office seeks to fill an Assistant Attorney General (AAG) position in the Regional Services Division in Wenatchee. This position will primarily focus on representation of the Department of Labor and Industries.

While workers compensation cases would be your primary assignment, RSD provides the unique opportunity to expand your experience with additional opportunities to work with a wide variety of clients including other state agencies and educational institutions.

 

The Wenatchee location consists of 10 attorneys and 13 professional staff working in a variety of legal practice areas representing various state agencies and higher education institutions in Okanogan, Chelan, Grant, Douglas and Kittitas Counties. Client agencies served include the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF), the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), the Department of Labor and Industries (LNI), and Wenatchee Valley College.

  • Transparent salary schedule - AAG salaries are set between $82,212 and $153,996. The exact amount is set in accordance with Appendix B of the AWAAG CBA
