Associate Attorney

Century City based premier class action law firm seeking a motivated associate attorney to work remotely or in the office.  We are one of the leading plaintiff-only labor and consumer law firms in California, recognized for developing law on numerous cutting-edge issues in wage and hour and consumer law.  We fiercely litigate on behalf of our clients in every case and have obtained over a hundred million dollars in relief to employees and consumers.   Over the past decade, our law firm has emerged as a major force in class and representative action litigation, taking on some of the largest national and global companies.  Our attorneys hail from top-tier law schools nationwide and bring decades of experience to our practice.  We foster a community of collaborative and shared thinking to bring our clients the very best legal representation.   The firm’s associate position provides a unique opportunity to develop a solid understanding of wage and hour and consumer law and to explore new potential claims areas and theories of liability.  The position also provides direct client contact and the opportunity to build client relationships.  The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic and professionalism, be detail-oriented and highly organized, be able to work independently, and possess strong time-management skills and excellent people skills.    Primary roles/responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, claim-spotting, complaint drafting, and legal research.  Prior experience in employment law or consumer protection is preferred, but not required as the firm is willing to train the right candidate.  Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.  Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
