Job Description
AZB & Partners is looking for an Associate to join its Banking and Finance practice in Mumbai. You will work on syndicated loan transactions, project finance, structured finance and RBI regulatory matters for leading Indian and international banks.

Responsibilities
- Draft and review facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements
- Advise on RBI master directions, ECB guidelines and FEMA regulations
- Conduct legal due diligence for project finance transactions
- Coordinate with multiple lender counsel on syndicated deals
Requirements
- LLB from an NLU or equivalent
- Bar Council enrolment
- 0–2 years experience in banking or finance law
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations and FEMA
