Job Description
BonelliErede is looking for an Associate to strengthen its Banking & Finance practice in Milan. Based at Via Barozzi 1 near Piazza San Babila, you will work on structured finance, acquisition finance, and project finance mandates for Italian and international banks and borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor agreements under Italian law
- Advise on compliance with Banca d'Italia regulations and Testo Unico Bancario (TUB)
- Support restructuring and insolvency mandates under Italy's Codice della Crisi d'Impresa
- Conduct legal due diligence on Italian collateral packages
Requirements
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza
- Admitted as Avvocato; 3-5 years PQE in banking/finance
- Knowledge of Italian banking regulation (TUB, Banca d'Italia circulars)
- Fluent English required
Responsibilities
