Responsibilities
- Draft prospectuses, offer documents and SEBI applications
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, auditors and stock exchanges
- Advise on SEBI listing obligations and disclosure requirements
- Handle DRHP filings and SEBI observations
Requirements
- LLB from NLU or equivalent
- 0–3 years in capital markets or securities law
- Knowledge of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and Companies Act 2013
