Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law, M&A, or private equity. Experience with due diligence, shareholders' agreements, and corporate governance. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
