Job Description

Trilegal's Bengaluru office is hiring an Associate for its Employment and Labour practice. You will advise technology companies, startups and MNCs on labour law compliance, POSH, ESOP structuring and employment contracts under Indian law.

Responsibilities

  • Draft employment agreements, non-competes, secondment arrangements and ESOP plans
  • Advise on POSH Act compliance, ICC constitution and annual reports
  • Handle labour inspections and factory licence matters
  • Assist with workforce restructuring and VRS schemes

Requirements

  • LLB from NLU or equivalent
  • 0–3 years in employment or labour law
  • Familiarity with Shops and Establishments Acts, ID Act and state-specific labour codes
