Our client, an AI-powered fintech company, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal in its search for an Associate General Counsel. As the second attorney at the company, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, this attorney will be a central partner in driving the Company’s business goals as they scale and continue to establish themselves as the leading trusted partner for both financial institutions and consumers.   The AGC will play an instrumental role in the Company’s expansion into new product lines, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Ops, Compliance, and Sales teams. They will be a generalist who is comfortable quickly becoming an expert in a heavily regulated industry, working across teams, and context shifting in a fast-paced environment. The AGC will help shape the Company’s legal culture and how they integrate creative, forward-thinking legal solutions in their business decisions and growth strategies
