Job Description
Yirgalem Haile and Woldemichael Law Office is looking for an Associate Lawyer to handle corporate transactions, real estate and employment law matters for its growing portfolio of domestic and international clients in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients on company formation, licensing and corporate restructuring
- Handle property transactions and lease agreement reviews
- Advise on Ethiopian labour law and employment contracts
- Support senior partners in arbitration proceedings
Requirements
- LLB from Addis Ababa University or recognised institution
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm setting
- Proficiency in Amharic and English; French is a plus
