Job Description
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is seeking an Associate to join its market-leading M&A and Private Equity practice at Peninsula Chambers, Lower Parel, Mumbai. You will work on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, PE investments and corporate restructurings for Fortune 500 clients and leading Indian conglomerates.
Responsibilities
- Assist on share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and JV documentation
- Conduct legal due diligence for PE and M&A transactions
- Draft board resolutions, regulatory filings and SEBI submissions
- Research Companies Act 2013 and FEMA compliance issues
Requirements
- LLB from a National Law University or equivalent institution
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- 0–3 years PQE in corporate/M&A law
- Strong drafting and due diligence skills
