Job Description
Rex Attorneys is looking for an Associate to join its Tax & Employment practice. The role covers advising clients on corporate tax planning, VAT compliance, transfer pricing, employment law matters, and disputes before the Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal. The firm provides a dynamic environment with exposure to both advisory and litigation work.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. 2-4 years' PQE with focus on tax law and/or employment law. Understanding of the Income Tax Act, VAT Act, and Employment and Labour Relations Act. Strong analytical and research skills.
