Job Description
ENSafrica is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Tax practice in Cape Town. The role involves advising corporate clients on income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, cross-border tax structuring, and SARS disputes. You will prepare tax opinions, assist with tax due diligence on transactions, and represent clients in tax dispute resolution proceedings.
Requirements
Admitted attorney with 2-5 years PQE in tax law. LLB and a postgraduate qualification in tax law (LLM Tax or HDip Tax) preferred. Experience with SARS dispute resolution processes. Working knowledge of the Income Tax Act and Tax Administration Act.
